Rum Raisin Bread

1/4 cup half and half
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup raisins(soaked in rum)
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Pre-soak the raisins in rum (dark if possible) for several hours, preferably overnight. Drain and measure before using. Combine ingredients in the order given. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle.
