Quinoa Bread II

3/8 cup quinoa grain
1 cup water
3 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons dry milk
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Bring 3/4 of a cup of water to boil, add the quinoa, and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain, and cool to room temperature. Combine the cooked quinoa and all the remaining ingredients into the machine. Use 1.5 lb., medium cycle.
