Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 1/8 cups water
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons powdered milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 cup raisins

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine, except for half the raisins. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle. Add the remaining raisins about 5 to 10 minutes before the knead cycle ends.
