Buttermilk Bread

1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 1/4 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine. Use 1.5 lb., light cycle.
