Brownie Bread

1 cup water(plus 2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 egg
1 egg yolk
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup walnuts(chopped)
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Bring water to a boil. Add cocoa and stir until dissolved. Let cool. Combine the cooled cocoa with the remaining ingredients, except for the nuts, into the machine. Use the 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle. Add the walnuts about 15 minutes into the knead cycle, or at the beeper. Description: "semi-sweet, good for breakfast"
