Banana Oatmeal Bread

1/3 cup steel-cut oats(soaked)
1/4 cup water
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup bananas(mashed)
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup powdered buttermilk((2 T. concentrated))
1 cup quick-cooking or regular oats
3 cups bread flour(less 3 Tbs.)
1 tablespoon yeast

Place the steel-cut oats in 1/3 cup of boiling water, let soak until the mixture is at room temperature (about 1/2 hour). Place in bread-machine pan along with the remaining ingredients. Use Basic Large Medium cycle.
