Apple Oat Bread

2/3 cup water(plus 1 tablespoon)
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup apples(chopped)
2 tablespoons apple juice, frozen concentrate
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup oats(flaked or rolled)
2 1/8 teaspoons active baker's yeast

Core, peel, and chop the apples. Microwave for two minutes, and drain. Thaw the apple concentrate if using the frozen kind. Use cool water to offset heated apples. Add remaining ingredients into the bread machine. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle.
