Amaranth Bread

1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup amaranth flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle.
