Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups water
1 2/3 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour
3 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in the order listed into the bread machine. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle.
