Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients:
1 whole egg
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
3 1/3 tablespoons honey
1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon steel-cut oats
2 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine. Use 1.5 lb., medium dark basic cycle.
