Cherry Yogurt Bread

Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce(at room temperature)
3 cups bread flour
1/8 cup whole wheat flour(plus 1 tablespoon)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup dried cherries
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Place all ingredients in the order given into the bread machine. Use 1.5 lb., medium basic cycle.

NOTES : For more cherry flavor, use low-fat cherry yogurt, and reduce the sugar by 1/2 T. The dried cherries can be used whole or roughly chopped.
