Basic Quinoa Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup quinoa flour
2 tablespoons powdered milk
1 tablespoon yeast

Place ingredients in order listed in bread machine. Use basic wheat, light cycle.
